Refunds and Returns

We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding refunds, exchanges, and replacements.

You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Change of mind returns are not accepted for food products due to health and safety regulations

Payment Terms

We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed before orders are picked up. We do not store payment details; transactions are processed through secure third-party providers.

Pricing and Product Availability

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors, including pricing errors, at any time.
